Reminiscing dinners of yesterday

Dinner time - Bisquick Casserole recipe from back of the box

Of late, dinners have been paltry excuses of a meal. They have either been swiftly tossed together (like cereal, milk and a bowl) or have been imported from an Eastern shore (aka Taco Bell).

I miss a good home cooked meal. My family misses them as well.

So in order to inspire the chef (myself) to get cooking I wandered back through photos of dinner past.

Deep Dish Pizza made with store bought pizza dough. Easy weeknight meal. Garbage bowl ala Rachael Ray - though mine cost two bucks for five instead of $25 for one ;)

store bought enchiladas -- looks homemade and tastes decent. A good fake 'em out meal

Hmmm, this might have worked. Wonder what I’ll make for dinner tonight.
